Maintain unsecured credit lines at the bank for investment purposes. Train new employees to ensure that all loan production was in compliance with state and federal law. Create and market various types of loan programs that were not yet readily available in the market place. Responsible for collateralization and pooling of residential and commercial loans to institutional investors. Duties included conducting a complete analysis of the loans in regards to different loan amounts, start and stop dates, interest rate, etc. in order to arrive at a purchase and sell price of the pool of loans according to yield requirements.
